Chess Course
The Chess Course was implemented through a collaboration between the Activities Center of the Happy Homes Association for Culture and Development and the Palestine Chess Association. It aimed to develop participants’ strategic and logical thinking skills, enhance their concentration and attention, and improve their problem-solving, planning, and decision-making abilities.
The course included two training levels. The first level targeted beginners, introducing them to the fundamentals of chess and its rules, while the second focused on advancing strategic playing skills, deepening participants’ understanding of plans and tactics, and improving their performance through training and practice.
The course also provided an interactive learning environment supervised by specialized coaches, giving participants the opportunity to strengthen their cognitive abilities, acquire new skills, and learn from one another’s experiences. These activities contributed to fostering creative thinking, patience, concentration, and a spirit of challenge.
