Association Strategy

The Happy Homes Association for Culture and Development is continuously committed to enhancing its performance and deepening its impact within the local community, guided by its firm commitment to advancing social justice, strengthening community cohesion, and empowering individuals through an integrated approach to culture, education, and human development.

In line with this commitment, the Strategic Plan serves as a guiding compass for the Association’s direction. It defines its priorities and establishes a clear pathway toward achieving sustainable social impact, enhancing institutional efficiency, and building strong financial sustainability.

This strategy was developed by Dr. Fouad Sultan Al-Tamimi and Mr. Ahmad Ali Al-Dabouqi as the core leadership team, through a participatory process involving members of the Board of Directors, technical staff, and community partners, ensuring a comprehensive and actionable vision. The development process was based on a thorough SWOT analysis, interactive workshops, and a careful assessment of the local context, with the aim of achieving a balance between strategic ambition and practical implementation.

Our strategy is built around the systematic allocation of projects across three key pillars:

- Programs and Services
- Institutional Development
- Sustainability and Partnerships

Clear performance indicators, realistic budgets, and regular monitoring and evaluation mechanisms have been established to ensure transparency, accountability, and continuous adaptation to changes in the surrounding environment.

Our strategy reflects the Happy Homes Association’s commitment to empowering the Palestinian family as a whole. Through comprehensive and balanced programs, the Association seeks to strengthen family cohesion and contribute to building a cohesive and prosperous Palestinian society.

We are confident that this strategy will serve as an effective tool for achieving our vision of building a strong Palestinian family and an aware and engaged society.
