Pastry Making Course
The Happy Homes Association for Culture and Development organized a specialized pastry-making course for women, led by Chef Rashida Al-Hashlamoun. The course aimed to develop participants’ skills in preparing various types of pastries and introduce them to different preparation methods and techniques, including kneading, shaping, and baking.
The course provided participants with an opportunity to gain practical experience and acquire new skills in the art of baking in an interactive training environment that combined knowledge with hands-on practice. It also encouraged creativity in the kitchen, enhanced women’s abilities, and opened up opportunities to apply these skills in their daily lives or use them to develop their own businesses.
